Planning

The torsion springs are mounted inside of the drive gearbox, thus ensuring that space needed for the roller shutter door is minimal. All necessary changes to the existing car can be made quickly and with minimum effort. This considerably reduces installation and modernisation costs.

Installation

The GENIUS® Plusi roller shutter door is combined either with a MEILLER swing door from the DT3X series or a standard retail swing door. An unlocking cam is optionally available and is installed on the door, actuating the locking mechanism.

Advantages

The door slats are made of 1mm thick aluminium strips and are coated with a metallic anti-friction coating, which guarantees an appealing look and a high wear resistance. As of a door width of > 2800 mm, the slats are supplied in a reinforced version. A light curtain may also be used as a closing edge safety, completing the entire modernisation.
